Anti-GBV Coordinating Technical Meeting

On 30th April 2026 our LUSAKA team, attended the Anti-GBV Coordinating Technical Meeting hosted by the Gender Division at Government Complex in Lusaka. This important platform brings together health, police, justice, social welfare, and partners to ensure survivors of GBV receive the right support—whether they report at a clinic or a police station.
GBV remains a widespread and serious violation of human rights affecting women, girls, men, boys, persons with disabilities, and the elderly. It can be physical, emotional, or psychological—and it must end.
Ending GBV starts with all of us:
✔ Strengthening policies and systems
✔ Improving service delivery for survivors
✔ Using data to drive informed decisions
✔ Promoting coordination among stakeholders
✔ Raising awareness and advocating for prevention
✔ Ensuring access to healthcare, legal aid, psychosocial support, and social protection
Together, we can build a safer, more just society.
