Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services provided by the Mwaka Nawila Foundation ("Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Zambia.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Donation Terms
All donations made to the Mwaka Nawila Foundation are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven unauthorized card usage or system error.
Transparency
90% of all public donations go directly to community empowerment programs.
Security
We use bank-level encryption for all Zambian and international transactions.
Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, service marks, and content (including but not limited to software, text, images, and graphics) used on our site are owned by or licensed to Mwaka Nawila Foundation.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Foundation's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mwaka Nawila Foundation or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Foundation's website, even if the Foundation or a Foundation authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lusaka, Zambia.
